I’ve been working in the creative industry for over 10 years now. Initially studying a degree in Photographic Practice at Newcastle College, I was first taken on as an assistant for a successful global advertising photographer and director, where I worked on projects for various global brands such as Nike, RBS, and Société Générale Bank.
After three years of assisting and photo editing, I decided that I wanted a taste of what it would be like to be my own boss, so I started up my own business — ‘Dan Aziz Photography’. Since the company’s inception in 2010 my client base has continued to grow, and I am now being regularly recommended to shoot projects for national and global brands.
My ethos is to provide top quality work with the fastest turnaround times, priding myself on high professional standards and reliability. Owing to this, I oversee every stage of production and never release a project to my client’s without first giving it a final sign-off.
In 2016 video work was added to my list of services, and my team expanded to include additional professional camera operators and assistants, allowing for the realisation of larger, more ambitious projects which would not be possible to attempt with a single photographer. This expansion is what led to the launch of ‘Dan Aziz Productions’ in early 2017 — a high-end, UK-wide, photography and video service.
